Important information to know BEFORE registering:

New Swimmer Registrations: 

• If you are registering a new swimmer, please FIRST contact admin@ccaswim.com or fill out the form below. We ask all new swimmers first try out for our team to ensure the proper skills and endurance are present. Please contact us to set up a time with a head coach. 

2025-2026 Season Financial Structure​ (as of 1/1/2025):

Annual Registration Fees: 

• Capital City Athletics Annual Registration - $50 per swimmer, per year - due at registration
• Pays for club insurances and annual fees associated with registration
• USA Swimming Annual Membership/Registration - See USA Swimming Membership Level descriptions below
• Pays for swimmer insurance through USA Swimming 

Monthly Dues/Fees

• ​​Capital City Athletics Monthly Dues - $50 per swimmer, per month - auto-drafted on the 1st of every month
• Pays for club operational, ongoing costs
• Other Costs/Fees - depending on your child's involvement and activity, additional fees/charges will be invoiced and charged with the montly dues on the 1st of each month. Other fees/charges can include: 
• ​meet fees, club ordered merch, club ordered gear, etc
• meet fees are billed 7 days after the date of the meet

Registration Process:

To register a new or returning swimmer: 

• 1 - Click here or and fill out the 2025-26 Registration Request (form available below also) - COMING SOON
• 2 - A CCA Admin will respond within a few days with applicable next steps:
• ​New registrants are required to complete a 1 week free trial with CCA to ensure swimmers are a good fit
• ​In the event new registrants do not have required needed skills and/or endurance, a recommendation will be made by a coach to complete further instruction in our Learn to Swim program
• Returning CCA members will be automatically moved to step 3
• 3 - Upon approval of the Registration Request, an admin will respond with the following: 

1. Information and links to complete the CCA and USA Swimming Registrations
2. Relevant and important team information

NOTE - Registrations must be completed within a timely manner. Proper insurances must be obtained via both registrations prior to CCA participation beyond the 1 week free trial.
