Kimee Snyder serves as the Learn to Swim Director for CCA. A lifelong swimmer, Kimee swam competitively from age five through high school graduation and has been helping lead CCA’s Learn to Swim program since 2023, serving as Director since December 2024. As the parent of four CCA club swimmers who began in CCA’s Learn to Swim program, she is passionate about helping young swimmers build confidence, safety skills, and a lifelong love for the water.

Galen has been coaching swimmers since 2000, focusing on developing athletes in a positive, supportive, and confidence-building environment. A former national-level swimmer from Australia, he earned medals at the NSW State Age Group and Open Championships as well as the Australian Age Group and Open National Championships. He also qualified for the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Trials in butterfly, backstroke, freestyle, and IM. Galen concluded his competitive swimming career at the University of Wyoming.

Over the years, he has coached swimmers of all ages in both Australia and Wyoming, emphasizing strong fundamentals in all four strokes to help athletes become confident, well-rounded competitors.
